The service from Mobeleation was very good. However, I am told that the product itself (arm rests on tractor) came with extensions which were not satisfactory and the armrests have come off once or twice.

I am really satisfied with the John Deere Ride on Train and track that i purchased the only bad thing about it is that if you lean to much to one side it tips but the delivery was perfect in time for my daughters bday party!

The purchase experience was great. I was a bit disappointed in the product. It says ages 2 & up, but it is much tinier than I expected. My fault, I should have paid more attention to the dimensions listed.
