As previously noted, your UPS charge is ridiculous. This should have been $3.00 max. Marking up freight by a $1.00 is tolerable, but I would not do business with you again because of this!

You did not have items in stock and no date as to when available, so i cancelled order and placed with another company. Items ordered are a discontinued so I thought you would have problems getting it in.

USA had a product I needed. The item was $3.95. Minimum shipping is $7. I complained about the excessive shipping but continued the order. It should have shipped and arrived in 3-5 days; it arrived in two weeks.

USA Beauty Supplies had the product I've been searching for. Apparently has been discontinued in my local stores, I was happy to fing this item and thrilled that it was a great value and was shipped timely.
