Family Christian was very prompt in responding with info on backorders. I have no complaints because they were on top of the whole purchase. Thanks again for all the items that were shipped. Timing was good.

I ordered a cross necklace and have not received it. The order did not state it was on backorder, so I am uncertain if it will be shipped at all.

I placed one order and had to receive 3 or 4 different shipments. This is not convienant for a customer. However, I love the products that I purchased.
