I've always received quality products and service from Family Christian Stores. For my first online purchase, my only disappointment was in the amount of time it took to receive my order. I ordered by 2-day delivery. I received my order 8 days later.

When this order was placed, I thought I would receive it within a few days. It was several days before I received a partial order. I was not informed regarding the book that did not come in any way.

I have shopped at Family Christian Stores before and have one of their cards that is stamped when you buy something. But, the store in my area just closed not to long ago. :(

I have not received my order yet. When I do I would be happy to fill out the survey. I', sure I'll be pleased with what I ordered, and it would not surprise me that the fault lies with the postal service.

USPS to Singapore wasn't 1st class mail. I had received my parcel only 2 days ago. I think also the charges are too high. It put me off purchasing for more CDs.
