I very much enjoy visiting Family Christian Stores, however the nearest one to me is about 30-40 miles away. I ordered on-line this time and I really wanted the CD of Mark Shultz with the FINISHED version of Walking Her Home and I ended up with the same one that I had purchased at the store which is unfinished and a BIG dissapointment to me. That is why my comments in the beginning are low ratings. I expected the shipment to arrive before March 21 and they didn't. (more)

I went to two Family Christian Stores to buy a Keith Green CD, but no one had any of his music in stock. That is why I ordered on line. The CD took much longer than I wanted to arrive. It took long enough that I was concerned I would not have it in time for the special occasion. It arrived the day before. (more)

I was frustrated and confused about the way the order was filled not filled. If the product was unavailable I don't know why it was listed on their web site.
