The order was filled promply with books that they had in stock and shipped on time. I am still waiting for back ordered book yet or info as to when it will be available and shipped. Would be nice if website had inventory status on order pages to show if product was in stock or how long it would be till it is in stock. (more)

It would be nice to be able to use those coupons I receive from the emails online, too. There are no Family Christian Stores where I live now.

I also ordered Title: NKJV - The Life Principles Bible Author: Dr. Charles F. Stanley and was necer given a reason as to why they did not send it. They only sent me the other Bible that I ordered.

Very quick, received the package in days, as opposed to the weeks that I was told it could take. The Next Big Thing CD/DVDs were a great unexpected bonus as well. We've used them as prizes at our youth group.
