I was not pleased with the product, but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I thought the matter was handled as well as it could have been, and found Kay extremely cooperative.

Hi, I love the necklace!!! but would have liked to order a birth stone charm to go with it and was unable to do so on the website.
