I was not pleased with the product, but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I thought the matter was handled as well as it could have been, and found Kay extremely cooperative.

When I received the necklace, the chain had 2 knots in it which I was able to undo with time and a tweezer, because sending it back wasn't worth it.
