After statements on their website as to the quality and knowledge of their engravers, I expected: #1. my engraving request to be correctly executed (horizontal vs. vertical direction) and #2. the engraved words to be centered on the jewelry item.

I orded a bracelet with a engraved tag. I asked for the type to be bold and it came in script. It also had number spelt nomber. I checked the information I sent you and what I had inputted was correct.
