Inksmile was not very responsive nor correct in the information given about availablity of this product. Even though I asked to be notified when product was back in stock, I had to constantly have to recheck website for product to be back in stock

I really liked the product and it worked really well in my ink jet printer. The customer service was great and they replaced a defective cartridge without any questions.
