when i ordered HP 'cpmpatible' cartige- it said nothing about how my printer would indicate an empty cartrige and i would need to perform steps to bypass everytime i print-- a note was inserted in the package though.

I order two different products at different prices. Two of the same, more inexpensive product came in, but the bill was not adjusted. I had to contact customer service.

There should be recycling of the old products, the package should consist of a letter prepaid For the option of shipping back recycled items.

I have bee purchasing your inks for a while now, and have always been satisfied with the product and the price.
This is really the first time, I think, that I have had to return one of the cartridges because it did not print the blue.

If cartridges show a shelf life of up to 2 years, why was only which was used after just 1 year and defective not replaced? Warranty was only 1 Year

I putchased 4 cartridges for my brother printer, the only one I have installed is the black, after about 60 copies the ink ran out. I contacted customer service and was told a replacement would be provided and that has had time to arrive but has not.
