I was disappointed that the robes I ordered only had one pocket each. The last time I ordered similar items from National, they had two. However, the mistake was mine for not examining the picture thoroughly.

The flannel robe was not long (to the floor) like I assumed it was, but that was probably my fault for not observing well. I am happy with all the products.

I couldn't comment on the return process yet because I don't know that my refund has happened yet. The shoes seemed of good quality and good price but just didn't fit me. The nightgown seemed of cheap quality.
