The product didn't work. Return shipping cost, restocking fee and insurance paid when shipped out, and I still don't have my problem solved. Not likely to take a chance again.

No indication on website that the product had to be ordered from the factory - we assumed immediate availability. We chose e-faucets over another company who had a lower price, but was up front that shipping was 3-4 weeks. Also, no shipping...

I was charged for an item that is out of stock and not on back order. I have not ever had that happen and I order a great deal on line. I had to call and request a refund and a week later it still hasn't come. I would never order from you again.

I was pleased to get the toilet seats at discounted prices and the sink strainers were not available in stores. Great to find them at the same place as the toilet seats.
