items arrived somewhat on time, but exact delivery date not an issue. However, not all order has been delivered as of this date and there is and existing shipping error that efaucets is working. So fsr still waiting on one elements of design... (more)

I was originally satisfied with the ease of my order and customer service. But unfortunatly, when I recived my order it was not what I asked for. Even with the phone call I made to eFaucets,to make sure It was what I wanted.

The look of the faucet is just breath taking. We have not installed it yet, the vessal sink and vanity have not come in yet. We are excited to see it in action and show it off.

(2) items: Cascade 16250-T-81, Qty. = 1 / Cascade BV631-RI, QTY = 1, have not been delivered to date. This rough out valve and control valve are critical to maintaining my schedule. Please advise on exact projected delivery timeframe.

One item backordered but my credit card was charged before the backordered item was shipped. Was not informed of the backorder until I contacted them. The backordered part was damaged in shipment because efaucets didn't take the time to properly... (more)

Items I wanted, at lowest price. Very happy with "free shipping" aspect, though I paid to have my items sooner. Only one bad choice; it was mine, a style I didn't like. Return is straightforward and courteous.

I have only received one of the two items I have ordered. The other apparently was a special order which I only found out after I ordered it. Awaiting its shipping.
