This was my second time dealing with you and it was as great as the first. After being burnt by MTGchicago it was worth paying the few extra cents to know everything that I purchased would come in a timely fashion and exactly as ordered.

In regards to the first question "were your items received on time?" the majority were just two cards weren't. I was very happy with the way the customer support staff solved my problem, however, and I believe that they should be commended.

I had two orders, and though its not big deal, the earlier order arrived a day later than the succeeding one. I think the Post office was just having a bad day. Apart from that, it was a great online shopping experience.

Was delivered a day later than usual but most likely this was due to Canadian Thanksgiving Day holiday slowing the usual mail service. Overall the order was within promised delivery window just a day later than the last time is all.

Overall bad experience. My order was forgotten about for three weeks. I finally had to call the store at the same physical address to get a hold of an employee/manager who insisted that I the customer was wrong and my orders were supposedly filled.
