The part I ordered took quite a bit longer than expected to deliver. When I went onto the website to track it it showed its tracking from 4 months prior. It did not update until 2 days before delivery. .

N/A on Product Met Expectations because I haven't used it yet, so I don't know. I have the propane tanks and battery, but still need to install a grounding rod before using the generator.
