Generator and box on back order but both arrived before the projected date of delivery. Staff helpful on phone when billing issue surfaced. A good experience.

The generators I wanted were backordered. I was disappointed about the wait, but Electric Generators Direct kept me very informed about the status of the order. The Generators were delivered in good shape and are of good quality.

Delivery was fast and on time . One item is on backorder till end of month , but I am ok with that . I did have a simple question about the unit, which they could not answer , and they sent me to the manufacturer.
