The delivery time was delayed by one day because of mechanical problems with a truck between Memphis and Shreveport. No fault can pinned on EGD.

The part I ordered took quite a bit longer than expected to deliver. When I went onto the website to track it it showed its tracking from 4 months prior. It did not update until 2 days before delivery. .

The generator came in two days.I unpacked it and assembled it with no
problem, filled it with oil& gas .With one pull it started up.Purrs
like a kitten.Great piece of hardware. Thank you.

One problem:
Delivery was promised on 10/16 and it arrived in the Bay Area on that day. I then received a phone call from the delivery folks and they wanted to deliver on 10/19 (between 10 and 5). I wound up driving 40 miles to pick it up myself.
