I saw the Bon Jour tea pot in Phila. It was larger than the one I eventually purchased. Bon Jour told me that they do not make any other size than the 53406 (32oz) "Harmony." I guess they have discontinued the larger size which produced 4 cups.

My experience with BeverageFactory was definately positive. I was very pleased with the quality and price of my purchase. I would like to see them offer delivery times after regular work hours; even until 5:00 pm instead of just until 4:00.

The lady who set up the delivery was very snippy and unfriendly. I would have thought the delivery people would have unpacked the item and taken the rubbish (boxes) with them. I was left to unpack and dispose of the packaging myself.

The unit we purchased must have fallen during shipment. The bottom back corner was damaged. Because it won't affect the performance of the unit and because I don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to return it, we will keep this unit.
