We placed an order for two mounts and told you the delivery date was critical for a tradeshow. You accepted the order, but never shipped, and never told us until we called you, and then it was too late. Shame on you.

Everything was as I expected. Putting the flatpack together was easy enough for someone who has never done anything like this. Needed an extra pair of hands for some of it, as it was quite heavy. The overall look is good.
