Well constructed and strong. Bueatiful wood. Easy to assemble. Wished the cart were a bit larger.

Ottoman arrived very promptly. It appeared as it was pictured on the website. The price of the ottoman was very decent and fair. The only thing was that of the four pegged legs that came with the ottoman, one was shaped different. It still assembled, but it is noticeably different (not color, but shape) than the other three pegs. If furniturecentral.com would like to send me a replacement peg, that would be awesome. I do not think it is a vendor issue so much as a manufacturer inconsistency issue (i.e. QA inspection). (more)

easy to order and delivery was quick

I greatly appreciated the quality of the product received and I would consider purchasing future items.

I needed the coat rack so I didn't return it. It is more trouble than it would be worth. However, the top part is slightly bent. The delviery was rimely and the customer service people were very friendly and helpful.

Below is an email I wrote to Andrea, the customer service rep that assisted me. Andrea, I just wanted to say how great your customer service is, you are terrific! I was thrilled with the ottoman I purchased from Furniture Central! It came on time and was just beautiful. I will recommend them to my friends and I will purchase from them again.

I bought a 5 piece dinning table set. The 4 chairs arrived first. Two days later part of the table arrived, and two more days later the top of the talbe arrived. At the end everything was fine. Thanks.

when I went to your website to track my order all it would say is in process. So maybe you can improve that part to show more info that's all. I was very happy with my order.
