I found a great selection of products I was unable to locate elsewhere and purchased everything online safely and securely, all was delivered in good time (actually ahead of schedule). thanks for being there.

The only thing I would like to see change would be to add a customer service phone number to call and ask questions. The only contact info I found was to email and I didn't recieve a response for 24 hours

I was very pleased with my entire experience at Ty's ToyBox. The item was exactly what I expected. The Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Shipping was fast and reasonable.

The order came as promised, but the mask was smashed. I don't think it was packed very well. Also, I did not receive an email confirmation that my order was received. I contacted Cust Svc and got a prompt response. All was fine.
