my contact script was not verified as requested and I was stuck with a supply of contacts from an old presciption. The matter should never have happened and the representive should have send a paid postage and accepted the return of the unopened...

my only concern was that the product had changed name and they didn't inform me. I called to check I had received the correct lenses. It would have been helpful if they'd told me to expect a different product.

USPS delivered our package to a house with a similar address and a package with their address to our house. They left our package on the front porch ($250 worth of contact lenses). We learned of the mix up when we took their package to them.

I placed the order on Thursday and paid overnight fee through fedex. Monday called they said they don't ship to po boxes and i wasn't told this on Friday when I called for a tracking number. They had to send it bu ups and i might not receive it til...
