The specific Toric contact lens was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Customer support was helpful with the explanation. Lenses ordered 12/23/2011 and received on 1/4/2012

I had called and questioned the provide prescription against Toric offerings on line - and customer service didn't know how to answer - I placed order of what we thought would work - my eye doctor was delayed in responding and incorrect contacts...
