I understood the delay inprocessing my order, yet it took even longer than the estimated 7-10 days, and when I tried to phone, their mailbox was full!! I was very nervous about my xmas gifts

this was the worse experience i have ever ha wih toyrocket. ive shopped wih them numerous of times and i have never had to wait weeks for a tracking number that still was never provided. sadly, they worked faser at canceling my order than resolving...

Everything about the purchase was great. The only issue was the tracking info sent. When I tried to access the information through the link it just told me the number was invalid. However, it was processed and shipped quickly so it really do not...

I still haven't recieved my order, despite the fact that I placed my order a bit ago. I hadn't bothered calling or contacting yet, because when I check my order status, it continues to say "processing"
