Have not received product yet and when I call I get voice mail. I used to leave messages, but since I don't get a call back I just keep trying until I can talk to a live person. When I do get someone they are very helpful.

I purchased a travel inflatable neck pillow. However, the product was not what I feel is a good product. When inflated the inside area of the pillow has a rough ridge, where the pillow goes around your neck and it's very irritating.

There was no problem with the product quality. It just did not fullfill my needs as hoped. I am in the process of returning and will purchase another item they have instead.
