I ordered a highchair. It arrived without the hardware to assemble it. I notified Albee Baby of the problem immediately by phone and then with 2 subsequent message. To date I have not received a reply.

called many times to check on status of order never received e-mail or phone call back. Finally talked to a person to be informed that the item was out of stock. I felt they could have e-mailed me or at least called me. This was a birthday gift

my 1 order was out of stock,my second order was not shipped until 3 days later and after I inquired about shipping.the 2nd order was not complete and it took 24 hours to tell me the diaper bag I ordered wasn't in stock.

I was surprised by the length of time it took the order to arrive - but it was on schedule according to UPS and it was promptly shipped by Albee as far as I can tell. Order placed 11/06/2009 10:15pm Pacific
Arrived 11/16/2009 arrived on 6th working...

I had to wait an addtl 3 days to receive my shipment.The shipping service was not too thorough on the status of my order.I have discovered there was a crack in one of the orders.
