The hitch arrived and was sticking out of the box, I will have to repaint to prevent it from rusting, the entire end had paint chipped off due to sticking out of the box.

THE DELIVERY WAS QUICK... THE SURVEY IS TO QUICK. I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD TIME TO SEE IF ALL THE PARTS ARE WITH THE HITCH TO BE ABLE TO PUT IT ON. I WILL CONTACT ETRAILER IF EVERYTHING IS NOT THERE.

Extremely pleased with the speed of delivery. I had e-mail comfimation of shipment on the same day I placed the order and my items arrived in less than a week using the free UPS Ground!

I rec'd the Tekonsha brake controller and the rebate of $20.00 expired in I believe Dec last year........that was the only bummmer!
