I placed my order on 3/8/09 assuming I would receive it in 5-6 days,I received notice my order was rec'd. Then I received another notice that my item was not shipped until 3/18. This was a gift item that I needed to send.

The product was advertised as being shipped within a few days, but it has actually taken about two weeks. I still don't have the item. It is supposed to ship 3/17, but I ordered it on 3/2.

A very dissatisfied customer. I have yet to receive my item purchased on February 16, 2009 and have not received responses to my messages left at customer service. Very Unhappy with this kind of service.

I was told on January 31st that the item went out. It was not received until 10 days later. Good thing it was ordered in plenty of time, otherwise it would have been late.

Product took 1 month to receive and I was not notified about the delay. When I called they kept saying it would arrive at their store the next day--that was a response I heard 2-3 different times.
