The customer service does not work, no tracking number, the product sent was not very good, the item not sent is on backorder. I was not pleased at all.

One item I ordered never shipped and another item was defective because it wouldn't work, but after calling to get issue solved, the rep said she would priority ship the missing item and defective item out to me immediately. I was in awe of this...

was very satisfied with all products and timely manner it was shipped.however, the free toy buzz buddy was garbage.didnt even work glad it was free bc i sure wouldnt have paid for it.
