I called because there was a problem in the shipping address. I was told that it would be changed immediately, and UPS would have it shipped to me in 2 days. On the third day, I called UPS and they told me to come pick it up in a town 1-1/2 hours...

Merchandise was all there but I received someone elses packing slip with my order, so if I needed to return an item this could pose a problem. But delivery was super fast.

I was very dissatisfied.Only one part of it was damaged. That part could have been shipped out instead of me having to go to the post office to return the entire item. In addition, the replacement DID NOT arrive in time for me to give as a gift.
