I've purchased from InkGrabber before and only had one faulty cartridge which was replaced with no hassel. So I will continue using their product. I would like to see a non-brand name cartridge for Epson NX400 soon.

I ordered quanity 2 of DE-341-3568 on 11/4/09. today I recieved 1. I've recieved no email about items out of stock or any other contact. I feel like I'm dealing with a group of teenagers.

My order was back ordered due to one of the printer cartridges being out of stock. It took quite a while for them to get it, and ship it. I didn't receive the product until 11/09/2009. I placed the order 10/22/2009 on line. Seems pretty slow to me.

I REC'D. THE ORDER BEFORE I COULD GET TRACKING INFORMATION ON IT.
THIS WAS A SURPRISE WHEN IT CAME. TOOK ABOUT 4 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE.

I purchased two kinds of ink one shows up fine, but the other one shows up on the computer as low. I don't understand I bought them at the same time, and I put them in the printer at the same time. So i guess i'm going the have to return the black...
