After 12 days was advised addional payment required for postage which was incorrectly charged when I paid for my order.I then learnt that my order had not been despatched when I had been anticipating its arrival for the last week. James

The train was exactly what I wanted. It arrived in perfect shape 3 days earlier than expected. I expect to buy more train cars and one or two more locomotives. If InternetTrains has say the n-scale Big Boy that I want, I would buy it from them....

Overall I am happy with InternetTrains. The only restriction I have is there is little choice to reduce shipping cost for overseas delivery.

I ordered these items on Jan. 20th and they did not ship until Jan. 27th. For the $10.99 shipping and handling I paid, these items ( .6 lb.) could have been shipped by USPS and would have arrived a week earlier.
