The web site was great, easy to use and order. HOWEVER, the PRODUCT was made in China and the quality of that is obvious. We'll keep it, but I was expecting higher quality....

Everything was delivered fine and in good shape, however there were two issues with the product. First, the assembly instructions were outdated, as a different design was shown in the brochure than what was delivered. Both were the same product, but the design was different. If I did not have mechanical aptitude, I would not have been able to figure out how to assemble it. Second, the screws that affix the chimney to the stove portion did not work well. They would not screw in due to paint build up on the screws and in the holes. fortunately, I had the appropriate tap and die sets to clean them up. Forcing the screws to clean out the holes would have ruined the screws, holes, or both. (more)
