The pinion pine wood that I received is evidently slightly moist. I am having difficulty getting it to burn. Sitting outside in Arizona should dry it out pretty soon.

Just got out my payment last week. So I should expect a confirmation anytime. Can't wait. The weather is just right for a nice warm and cozy fire. My granddaughters are so excited too. It's like a magical moment at Nana and Pappys.

I had to retighten all of the fasteners that were tightened prior to shipment. I also had to fix two bent areas on the door that were obviously bent prior to shipment. One was bad enough that the paint was damaged.

We followed the instructions on how to "burn in" the paint. The entire unit corroded, streaked and rusted after the first light rain. We intended to use it on our large field stone pool deck this winter but the corrosion stained the stone.
