I was pleased with the support I received when calling about returning the watch. I have not yet received confirmation that my credit card was credited, so I can't fully say that I am satisfied with the outcome. I hope this will be addressed quickly.

The Watch was great but the customer service rep was not as knowledgable as I would have liked. I wanted a different band fo rthe watch and still do but got no answers about it.

The UPS Shipment required that an adult over 21 sign for the package. I work and could not take the day off to sign for the package. Therefore, I had to have them re-route the package for a will call at the regional UPS facility which is across town.

I was very dissapointed that a watch I have been looking into buying for over 2 years, came with a damaged box(the interior) and the stiching of the band is comming undone...
