This was the first issue that i've had over about 7-10 orders. I had ordered 14g jewelery, but recurved 16g. I contacted support and they were great seamed to resolve the issue by sending me replacements, but the replacements that she was mailing...

I am pleased with the push pop Labrets, but the gem heads are much too small. I received the 2.5mm (16 guage), and could really use a 4.5mm - but I do not see anything that large. Even the 3mm would get lost on my ears, as I am a 260 "big" guy. Any...
