I had the first problem with a product as the bottom part of a belly ring broker off...not good but overall very happy with experiences so far.

I was a little disappointed because they wouldn't fit into my ears, I wasn't sure if I could return them for a different size considering that I had already tried to wear them. Otherwise very pleased with the company and products.

we have ordered some CBR's that do not connect with the ball. But as i have stated in the past, it is not easy dealing with Customer Service so I would rather just toss the jewelry rather than call the company.
