Online tracking NOT accurate/true indication of order status. E.G. "processing" on titles already received. Screen info differs from invoice. Case covers on alot of the movies are cardboard which DON'T protect artwork and not standard dvd cases.

I feel that orders should be sent ALL together (excluding pre-orders obviously). If I order 8 items, I end up with up to four different transactions which includes separate shipping costs each time.

My visa was debited for three of the seven movies ordered and only was shipped even though 5 were listed as processed. The email for shipping was a week after I recieved the one movie.

I ordered Twilight, Angels and Demons and the lost symbol...which I thought was a DVD...turned out to be a book(lost symbol).I guess I will read it someday...too much money to send back....shipping is high...
