I was in "live Chat" with one of your reps and as I was still asking questions he emailed me that the customer service center was now closed and I'd have to try back another time, then singed off!!!! How is this considered "Customer Service"!!!!!

Not sure what happened or why my purchase was shipped UPS then somehow transferred to USPS where is has been stuck for over a week. I ordered on Oct 13, and expected delivery by Oct 21. Today is Oct 25 and still nothing.
Not a good way to start...

Item arrived on time, but box that contained it was a bit damaged in the mail.
Wrapping package in protective bubble wrap might help.

I purchased these items to distribute to children attending a charity event. The model planes were nice and met my expectations. However, many ( of the pinwheels were unusable as the plastic handles didn't fit into the pinwheel tops.
