For the most part, I'm really happy with the purchase, but several of the fans I bought were broken. Hardly seems worth it to return given that they were less than a dollar each.

I was not informed that my order could not be mailed to my POB. I was given 1 day to travel from one end of the city to the other end, approx. 8 miles one way And they couldn't find the package after I got to the UPS site. It was finally was delived to my home adddress on Monday, 4-21-08. After all of what I went through, I am very satisfy with the items purchased. (more)

Packing was poorly done. Items were all over the box. Some of the plastic utensil pouches had opened and the utensils were all over the box. Things could have been wrapped better or tighter in the box. Using UPS as your carrier has raised our purchase by 60$ because of duty and broker fees, etc. I had ordered something of more value the week before from another company which used USPS and we didn't have to pay any duties/broker fees at all. This is a major drawback for us buying from the USA when shipped via UPS in the future. (more)
