    The shipping information was misleading and was a factor in my research for my product. The website said free shipping but it wasn't. I ordered anyway because I had invested a lot of time already.

    The website indicated free shipping on my order but at checkout it was not free. Customer service explained that there was an error on the website. It was very misleading.
