The rugs I ordered were instock and waited over two week for warehouse to ship, the items had not shipped after two week and I was told they would ship on November 20, 2009, so I cancalled the order because they just kept leading me on

The rug I ordered went on sale for 15% off two days after I placed the order. Had I known it would be going on sale, I would have waited the two extra days to order.

Very satisfied with the online ordering processs, the quick delivery and quality of rugs. The only disappointment was the colors of the rugs were really off from those displayed online. Fortunately, we still liked the colors enough to keep the rugs.

The selection: phenomenal. Returns: simple. Customer service: courteous and helpful. Two criticisms. Some items did not look quite the same in person as on-lin. And it is very expensive to ship rugs back.
