The internet order indicated inventory. I called because I never received my shipment and I was told that the order and charge was cancelled because it was a discontinued item. I were never contacted and advised that my order was cancelled.

I live a rural area where the food is not available within a 100-mile radius. Ordering Royal Canin product, it takes several weeks for delivery, without tracking or shipping information. Item is shown as "in stock", what gives?

Placed order 10-26-09, order of 7 items was held to wait for 1 item. I wasn't told of the delay, but did get 2 e-mail eval. requests. 11-10-09 told order minus 1 item would be sent on 11-11-09. Website: 1 item was sent 11-13-09. What about other...

The only issue with the purchase was the long delay before it was shipped from the warehouse when the item was in stock. It was a length of time from time order placed until shipped.

Every time I called, there was an immediate disconnection or I was put on hold for a long period of time. I left messages (as instructed) and never received a call back. Very disappointed with customer service.
