Every time I called, there was an immediate disconnection or I was put on hold for a long period of time. I left messages (as instructed) and never received a call back. Very disappointed with customer service.

Thank you VetAmerica for having the food needed for a blind disabled St Bernard with kidney diease at a reasonable price since I purchase it for a non-profit named "Pets With Disabilities.org"

First email received about my order was that it was on backorder. I contacted customer service and they assured me that the items would be at my home after the weekend despite the confusion.
