This is a difficult survey to complete because the item is a Christmas gift and hasn't come out of the box and won't until Christmas.

It's the first time I have ordered from Wind & Weather and since I have visited their site often. I received my product in a record breaking 2 days (standard, free shipping!!!) but it was very well packaged, exceeded my expectations & high quality.

I would have liked to put in a longer message to the receiver of my gift. I'm not really sure if he got the short message I typed. Where was this message included in the packing materials?

We had to request replacement of defective parts for our most recentpurchase. While we have not yet received replacement parts, we have email shipped notification. Service personnel regarding defective parts was very helpful!
