I was leaving town on the date of delivery. I felt rushed by the driver. I just returned late last night. I have not had a chance to see the total cabinet or the top.

I never recieved any information after the order to confirm the order. The wrong tub was ordered accidently. I had no way of knowing be cause I never recieved any confirmation info.

It's frustrating that the website closes on weekends.
I didn't receive shipping emails until 1 to 2 days after my product had already shipped.
Shipping dates I was told on the phone were inaccurate.

The salesperson was knowledgeable about the company I was purchasing from and made sure to let me know that there was a company buyout and that I should be cautious about lead times promised. Nevertheless, the product arrived in a timely manner.

I still have to install it. I didn't see how to view order status online. However, once it was shipped, the email notification allowed me to see it. Packed great, love the product and the price was unbeatable. Thank you!
