I have writen to them twice in the last 7 days and not got a single response. I finally got my fans 8 days AFTER ordering from this store and the store HAS A 2 DAY GUARANTEE....

Initially the store was unwilling to honor the 150% price match because the price was less than cost, but after a few phone conversations they did honor it. I am very pleased.

Nice products at a great! Very pleased with my shopping experience. Only concern I have, I called customer service for info and was told I would receive return call when the person had the info I was requesting. Never got a return call.

Before I made my purchase I enquired if I needed a canopy for the pendant lights and I was told NO. I do need canopies! I emailed to enquire which one will suite my purchase and a week later I have no response.
