The product was indicated as "In-Stock" when I bought it.But after the purchase I was told that it was on back order. Not good form!

Purchased Monte Carlo fan and light kit. The chain is attached on the outside of the housing instead of the bottom so you cannot use it to change fan speeds when the light kit is installed. If you do, the chain will break because of the odd angle.

The condition of the box upon delivery was shameful! One piece of the chandelier was broken as a result, it was a tiny piece and we glued it with super glue and used it anyway. The product looks great but the packaging was atrocious.

1STOPlighting has been great EVERY time I have purchased something from them. This purchase, a ceiling fan by Sea Gull Lighting, was MORE than described. It actually had the remote switch for the fan and light controls your choice of plate covers.
