1STOPlighting has been great EVERY time I have purchased something from them. This purchase, a ceiling fan by Sea Gull Lighting, was MORE than described. It actually had the remote switch for the fan and light controls your choice of plate covers.

Your on-line tracking needs to be updated more often. Mine said "checking availability" when in fact it had already been delivered.

I have writen to them twice in the last 7 days and not got a single response. I finally got my fans 8 days AFTER ordering from this store and the store HAS A 2 DAY GUARANTEE....

Initially the store was unwilling to honor the 150% price match because the price was less than cost, but after a few phone conversations they did honor it. I am very pleased.

The availability to track order status was great but not really needed because my order was delivered so quickly. I could not comment on product quality as I don't plan on installing for a while.
