I did not understand what "Relaxed Fit" meant when I ordered my shoes and therefore the shoes were too big and slipped up and down on my feet. I had to return them.

I received the product, but it was very slow to arrive. I could not remember who I had ordered the boots from because so much time had gone by! I was about to look for my receipt when the package finally arrived.

I ordered two items. The first was palazzo pants size 14. What I received was light blue denim jeans size 10. I sent them back but have not received the correct item yet.
The second item I ordered came yesterday and is fine.
