it has been impossible to contact this company. They charged my credit card which is now in dispute, and will be credited back. The ink was never received and I will NEVER order from them again, or recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order for 2 ink cartridges. I never received any product. I've placed several orders with Iowa Ink, and they all showed up on time. This time, nothing. And that's what I will be ordering from them in the future, nothing.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AS OF 09/09/09. THIS ORDER WAS PLACED ON 08/04/09. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM IOWAINK OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I tried to contact the company about my delayed order but never got a response execept the automatic response for opening a missing item ticket. A PayPal dispute was the only way anything happened.

Order placed and confirmed Aug.24, 2009. As of Sept.2, 2009, no product, no notification of shipping, nothing. Tried to contact by phone & email to no avail. Finally resolved thru PayPal refund.

Iordered ink cartridges from iowa ink on Aug 16 2009 on order #33784 and have not recevied them or have not had a Email giving me a reason for the delay I need the ink (ASAP) i HAVE ORDERED IN THE PAST AND HAD NO PROPLEMS I need to hear from IOWA...
