I placed an order for 2 ink cartridges. I never received any product. I've placed several orders with Iowa Ink, and they all showed up on time. This time, nothing. And that's what I will be ordering from them in the future, nothing.

I tried to contact the company about my delayed order but never got a response execept the automatic response for opening a missing item ticket. A PayPal dispute was the only way anything happened.

Order placed and confirmed Aug.24, 2009. As of Sept.2, 2009, no product, no notification of shipping, nothing. Tried to contact by phone & email to no avail. Finally resolved thru PayPal refund.

Iordered ink cartridges from iowa ink on Aug 16 2009 on order #33784 and have not recevied them or have not had a Email giving me a reason for the delay I need the ink (ASAP) i HAVE ORDERED IN THE PAST AND HAD NO PROPLEMS I need to hear from IOWA...

I have still not received the order that I placed on 7/27/2009. I have never encountered a company that has a blatant disregard for customer service. I will never do business with IowaInk again! No communication from IowaInk at all!
