Order will ship in 1-2 weeks was the response I got that was okay. if that had been the case but it was twice as long and I was a little worried as it was a retirement gift. This is the only purchase I have made from fireawards. I will use it again the product was great it was the time it took to recieve it. (more)

I was totally satisfied with the process from start to finish. They were an excellent company to deal with and went out of their way to meet my short deadline. The quality of the product was excellent.

I was satisfied with the knives and the the quick delivery but I was a little bit unhappy to find that the names were not actually engraved instead of the way they were put onto the items.
