The items are high quality, but the sizes were off. I had ordered one of the items previously. This order was to get a smaller size - it's difficult to purchase these items online because you cannot try them on.

I had ordered a sweater online along with some other items. I was contacted almost a week later via email that the item was no longer available. I did receive a refund however I would of preferred a discount applicable to a future purchase as well.

The overall quality of the merchandise is becoming inferior compared to a few years ago. I have been disappointed in fabrics and now blends. I always purchased my clothing and gifts from J crew for their use of natural fibers, not nylon, and viscose.
