I plan on using a MAC. I understand you do not have the capability to operate on a MAC. Do you plan on this capability in the future?

we (E&S Accounting & Tax)have been using TaxAct software since 2003 and have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. we give 2nd story software an A.

I am always very pleased with TaxAct Software. I am an EA and my business depends upon accurate and efficient software. Taxact has been my choice for many years now and it is probably the Best Value for software for a Small Tax Preparer's Business.

I sent two e-mail messages that the site wanted to treat my order as new. It didn't recognize me as a returning customer who had previously placed an order for the new year's package. I rec'd no response either time.

The 2nd Story Software met my expectations in tax preparation. I couldn't ask for anything better. But please make your support available to all preparers, and stop charging non-enterprise preparers extra fees.

my only suggestion is that it would be nuice if you flagged potentially duplicate orders... I only order once a year, and you solicit my early purchase, then sometimes I buy again later as tax time nears... you have a great product, my memory is bad
