I completed this survey online at the time of my purchase. Yet you have now sent me two e-mails indicating that I needed to confirm receipt of my order. When I click on the link provided, I am taken to this survey again. I don't care to have to complete this survey for a second time. (more)

This is a pre-order of next years Tax software because I have been so pleased with TaxAct since Intuit last my confidence with their DRM sneak several years ago. I switched to TaxAct and haven't looked back. I don't even pass on the Intuit cd's when they try to get me back. I refer all my clients to use TaxAct from 2nd Story. I don't expect to be able to download this product until the end of the year, and that's OK, since they don't bill till it ships. (more)

The Tax Software was wonderful. HOWEVER, During the On-Line Order process, a pop-up survey kicked me back to a blank order form before I recieved confirmation that the original order was completed. Consequently, my order was doubled and I returned one.
