I have been using TaxACT for several years. It makes tax time almost fun (if that can possibly be true). Guidance and support from TaxACT helps also and I can complete my rather complicated return in just a couple of days by myself.

TaxAct is a bit cumbersome to use initially. TaxCut is slightly lacking in the state form area, therefore I switched. Like other programs, TaxAct could use minor simplifications in input forms here and there. - but it is a hell of nice program.

IN THE PROCESS OF ORDERING A TAXACT DOWNLOAD, I ACCIDENTLY ORDERED TWO DOWNLOADS. CONTACTED 2ND STORY CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO REFUND THE ERRANT ORDER. QUICK RESPONSE FROM CS THAT A CREDIT WAS BEING POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD. THANKS!!!
