Seagrass rug is very uncomfortable to walk on. Looks good. Hoping it will soften with time.

The rug was what I ordered, but the picture on the site did not accurately reflect the size of the weave/pattern. ALso, some on the photos seem to be used for more than one product.

Slower delivery poor communication with customer. Product line appears to be the same but was less expensive. Rug has humps where rolled whereas the 4 other rugs(also seagrass) had no humps. Anyone have suggestions how to get the rug to lay flat?

I ordered a 8x10, a 9x12, and a 6x9 and only received one free rug. I thought I had ordered enough to get 2 free rugs so I was disappointed.

When I ordered a sample pack, I thought it would have more selections in it. Additionally, the sample pack is hard to match up to what you have online!
