I have been unable to receive the shipment; FedEx said it would attempt re-delivery a third time and has not. I have attempted to contact them to ask them to leave the package with the building super, but have only received auto response emails.

My order was to contain a free 3x5 area rug. To date I have not received the area rug which was promised at the point of sale. I have not received a callback of the voicemail message I left for customer service.
