The product I order does not work - its a suction hose accessory for the K 2.26 M washer. It does not suck the water. For what the product is - a simple but high quality hose and 2 end pieces, its price seems quite excessive.

They shipped me the wrong unit, wouldn't return my calls, told me that they likely shipped the correct unit in a different box - "like they often do", and ultimately cost me the opportunity toi receive my washer before Father's Day weekend!

Directions to assemble product were extremely vague because were written for several model types. After product was assembled the engine does not work. Was directed by PWD to contact the engine company (3rd party) to resolve.

The pressure washer was delivered in a timely manner but was missing key parts. The second shipment contained some of the key parts arriving six days later but still missing key parts leaving the washer inoperable.

I paid for 2 day shipping but my order didn't arrive for 5 days. My wand was also bent but still usable. Everything else with the order was fine.

it works great but don,t no how long it lasts.This is my 5 preasure washher and the only one that lasted at all was my first which was the 1400 by kircher.i bought 3 at me depot and they were junk.
