Package was delivered in the afternoon and the first row of chocolates had melted due to there being one small cold pack. Otherwise the chocolates were fantastic.

Red Envelope has great gift ideas to cover various situations. Would have liked to have an open ended period for delivery rather than set a specific date, i..e, June 18-22, rather than June 19.

Ordered 24 snow globes. Very bad packaging. We contacted Red envelope and the damaged products will be replaced.
