The yellow shipping package used to mail the gift was extensively damaged/torn on one side with tape holding it together. The gift was surprisingly inside the package with paperwork. Not impressed with the shipping/handling.

I have ordered from RedEnvelope a lot. I really like the wrapping, too, but by the time I add in the cost of shipping and wrapping, the total cost ends up higher than what I had intended to spend on the gift in the first place.

I did not get recognizable albums - ordered the album coasters - would have liked to get to pick the genre. It is a gift, and there is a "coolness" factor, but selecting a genre would have more closely matched the random selection to my friend's...
