My order came within 7 days which is what was promised. I was so excited to get my order and DHL tracking stopped. Once DHL handed it off to USPS it took another 3 days and there was no way to track it which was kind of a bummer.

Very impressed with the size and strength of my "Olive Smart" grocery bags. Beware...one bag can hold over $40 worth of groceries! Ha Ha! Love my bags!

Reusable bags offers high quality products at competitive prices. I appreciate when they offer coupon codes-I try to take advantage of those as much as possible! Super company, prompt shipping, and quality products-could not ask for more!

I emailed ReusableBags.com about missing out on the free bag offer if more than $50 was spent (I spent over $100), and never got a reply. Not a great impression for a first-time customer.
