The item I received was defective so I tried e-mailing customer service, but did not receive a response, so I called customer service and they shipped a replacement item, and I have returned the defective item. Then they e-mail me!

I ordered the wrong item. When I received it I called and asked to order the correct item and return the wrong item for a refund. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction.
