The plate set we ordered is beautiful but is more fragile than I thought. It was advertised as dishwasher safe but isn't. The blue bowl was chipped in shipping and I've since chipped one of the plates, even with hand washing.

when purchasing the bread maker, it showed as in stock. However, it still took 1 week to ship the order. I did not understand the delay.

You have everything I need, But I must say that your prices aren't as competitive as I expected. In many cases you are more expensive then retailers such as Williams-Sonoma and Sur le Table.

Most of my order shipped SmartPost & took 2 weeks to arrive. I couldn't see any shipment status with my tracking # - only knew from Chefs site that it was shipped. One item was delivered to my door quickly, but only one tracking # so couldn't track... (more)

I would have returned the item but since FEDEX INSISTED i could only return the item at one store, which was VERY inconvient for me, I gave the mixer to my mother, who hates it. I like your catalogue even if you are a bit overpriced.
