the only complaint I would have is that the printer didn't want me to use non epson products, but after fiddling with it a bit it quit it's complainging.

Order took almost a week to get here. I ordered on 10/24/2009 and did not receive until 10/30/2009 (seems an excessive amount of time). I was able to track the package.

Thanks! Very cooperative and flexible with my request to adjust products included in a package deal! Always a pleasure working with them, and are the only company that I've found to offer discounted products that work with my HP printer.

The cartridge I received had spilled all over inside the box and was only half full. Spilled ink all over the box and package AND wasted money are not enjoyable, to be euphemistic. Thank you.

I was VERY satisfied with everything but the product. Unfortunately altered re-manufactured cartridges for the 1500, 2500, and 2550 do not work in a 2500.
